Can you believe it? It’s been 2 month, 17 days, and a few hours since I signed off for my blogging break. One that was very much needed.
Did you miss me?
Well, if you follow me on Instagram or Facebook you know that I wasn’t completely gone from the whole ‘social media’ world. Like I said in my last post, I just needed a little break from this here ole blog.
I needed to get my head back in the game and refocus a little on what the whole purpose, for me that is, of this blog. I don’t want to waste your time or mine with just filler posts, I want it to make a difference… in your life and mine.
And now that I’ve gotten some time to breath and reset.. I’m ready to get back to helping you find your happiness in your version of healthy… so let’s go..
I’m Back… So Now What?
During this little blogging break, I took some time to really think about what I want to be sharing about.
Did I want to change things up? More recipes.. less recipes? What direction was I going to go in.
But you know what? Each time I kept looking for a different direction.. God took me right back to where I was.
Finding Your Happiness In Your Version of Healthy
My whole desire for this blog was to be able to share with you the joy I get from living a healthy lifestyle. I want you to receive that same joy, but within your own version.
Being healthy is not a one size all.
We all live different lives, are shaped differently, believe differently, and so on. Being healthy is finding what works for us and thriving there.
That’s my passion…

Yup, that’s right. No new changes here..
Maybe a little more defined… a little more polished, but nothing too crazy new or far stretched from what Finding Happy in Healthy has always been!
