One Dish ‘Chicken’ Bruschetta Bake

Simple, quick, and off the hook delicious. This ‘Chicken’ Bruschetta Bake is delicious plant-based style and poultry style.




  1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Lightly coat a 13×9 baking dish with oil, set aside.
  2. For Palm Hearts – place rinsed palm hearts into a large food processor and pulse a few times until shredded into bite-sized pieces or using a knife cut into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes (with juices), stuffing mix, and garlic. Stir just until mixture is moist. Set aside.
  4. Place the palm hearts or chicken in the baking dish. Spread evenly in dish. Top with salt, pepper, basil, and cheese.
  5. Top palm heart mixture with stuffing mix.
  6. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Watching stuffing mix for burning.
