Back in August, I shared my review of the first edition of The China Study. I acknowledged that I am not a scientist nor am I a nutritional expert. I am however, someone who believes in the study and scientific data that has been produced by T. Colin Campbell and others.
Eating a plant-based diet has been a way of life for me over the past few years. I have seen for myself the benefits of eating a diet rich in vegetables and whole foods. I have more energy, I get sick less often, and I truly feel much better eating this way.
