When I first started switching our diet over to a more plant based, vegan style diet, Chloe Cocscarelli’s ‘Chloe’s Kitchen‘ was one of my first, and quickly my favorite, vegan cookbooks.
So needless to say, I was THRILLED, when I found out that I was getting the opportunity from Atria to review her newest cookbook, Chloe’s Vegan Italian Kitchen.

But for a tried and true ‘cookbook review’, I decided on two dishes to try.
