Are you ready? The holidays are finally upon us and if you are anything like me, this is about the time you start planning ahead.
What new recipes will I try this year? Will I be able to stay on track with my exercising? While eating at parties, will there be food I can eat there? All these questions and more run through my brain. The temptations, and even frustrations, that arise while trying to stay healthy during the holidays can be a little tricky too.
That’s why I gathered together some of these great Thanksgiving themed posts from my favorite bloggers. Each of these recipes, tips, tricks, and yes, even exercise routines, is helping me feel a lot better about my approach to the holidays.

Busy holiday schedules can put stress on your exercise time, but try to always get and move in some part of your day. Taking on a new class or even starting a new exercise program is one way of shaking things up around the holidays.
It’s a little late to start this for Thanksgiving, but it’s a great training program to get you started anytime.
