I’m starting my 7th week of a 9 week 5K training program and I love it.
But I’ve noticed one thing about myself..
Since I’ve started running, I really don’t do anything else – exercise wise- during the week.
Yea, I clean house and work in the yard, but nothing else real focused.
It’s a 2 week plan starting TODAY, August 15th, that will keep you looking and feeling great whether you’re at the beach or at home.
By following a combination of exercise and healthy eating tips (which I need), your supposed to be able to have shed pounds and inches in just two weeks and while having fun in the sun.
I am SOO going to try this.
