Ok. First let me say that this is one of those moments where I’m kicking myself..
You know those moments.
When something happens in your daily life & you wished you had a camera to capture it all so you could blog about it.
Well that’s the moment I had. There were camera’s around, but we were to busy laughing to take any.
So.. on to the story..
Friday night is pizza night at our house.
Since I didn’t have all the ingredients for homemade Gluten free pizza, we opted for some yummy Frenchetta pizza from Wallie mart..
Well, you know those things on the back of the box that tell you what temperature to set the oven and how to cook them… you know .. their called the
Well, for some reason I was being a kitchen rebel and decided to put all 4 pizzas directly on the racks
Now mind you, the directions said to place them on cookie sheets… but would I obey.. NO..
So into the oven the pizza’s go.
A few minutes later, I go to check on them and I notice that on of them is literally melting THROUGH the rung’s on rack.
The cheesy pizza was slowly seeping through .. what to do???
I grab a cookie sheet ( you know the ones the pizza is SUPPOSED to be one) and place it underneath the pizza.
I than grab the whole rack and slide it out.
Once out of the oven I realize there is NO WAY POSSIBLE to get this pizza off the rack without it falling apart… UNTIL..
I placed a round pizza stone on top of the pizza..
flipped the the rack, the pizza, and the pizza stone over..
than removed the oven rack.
Once I removed the rack, I flipped the pizza back onto the cookie sheet..
(where it should have been in the first place)
In the end the all four pizza’s came out fine and I was TOTALLY wishing we had gotten the camera and or Flip camera out for this one.
The Lesson of this story..
Following directions isn’t such a bad thing…
