This is one of my FAVORITE summer recipes. My hubby and I picked up some large zucchini’s at a local farmers market this weekend and I knew immediately what I wanted to make.
Wednesday – Vegetable Risotto with Salad
Thursday – Wild Caught Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos with Coleslaw
Friday – the usual – Homemade Gluten Free Pizza
Saturday – the usual again – Leftovers
Sunday – Garden Vegetable Quiche with Salad & Gluten Free French Bread
