Looks like we’ve hit that time in our lives where we just can’t sit around and eat whatever we want and not worry about our weight.
And as believers, we.. meaning the hubster and I … believe that if we want to continue in living out God’s purpose and plan for our lives.. we need to be taking care of the bodies he gave us.
So, this past Saturday I spent most of my day researching and reading about metabolism.
What gets it going? What food helps kick it into gear? and so on..
Our grocery list for the week became a lot more ‘spicier’ so to speak and a little more exciting. I have a lot of new recipes to try out and have already enjoyed some of them so far.
