Feeding a family a healthy, nutritious meal that doesn’t take all day to cook is hard.
Add any allergies and or intolerances into the mix and it just got a whole lot harder.
It can be done though. As consumers become more and more aware of the effects of artificial flavors and chemically based ingredients in our foods, companies like Modern Table Meals are answering the call for healthy, convenient options for the families on the go.
About Modern Table Meals:
Modern Table Meals knows life gets crazy sometimes, but that doesn’t mean you should have to compromise when it comes to healthy eating. Modern Table Meals believes in feeding wholesome foods to their families and yours. They believe food can be both yummy and healthy at the same time.
I was introduced to Modern Table Meals last year at the Wow Summit last year. I received a sample package of their meals in a take home bag. As I read the package I was a little skeptical. Healthy doesn’t always mean it tastes great, so when I finally had the chance to make it and taste it, I can honestly say, I was truly impressed.
With four delicious, protein-rich meals, Modern Table Meals gives you the opportunity to fix a satisfying, tasty, and healthy meal for your family in 15 minutes or less.
Their pastas are packed with plant based proteins from various types of beans. The meals are also Non-GMO with no artificial colors or flavors.
Allergy/Intolerance Side Note:
When ordering or purchasing Modern Table Meals, you do need to make sure you read the labels and instructions. All four of them have different ingredients – one may be gluten free and another not. Same with dairy.
Modern Table Meals Review and Giveaway
Modern Table Meals was kind enough to send me a sample package to try out that included all four of their meals, a cute bag, and a really great stirring spoon.
I was thrilled of course to get this pacakge. Our life has been pretty hectic the last few weeks so it’s been nice to be able to have some good meals to fix my family in a moments notice.
Just the other night I made the Italian Red Lentil Penne. Packed with 18g of protein (from bean pasta) and 5g of fiber, I knew this meal would not only fill everyone up, but would go fast! (which is did..)
With really easy to understand instructions, the dish came together in no time.
This was actually the third Modern Table Meals that I had made. Each one tasting terrific and packed with flavor. Even though this one wasn’t dairy-free (which I am), I did try a few spoonfuls and wasn’t disappointed at all. The Southwest Red Lentil Rontini seems to be the families favorite right now, but everyone gave the Italian dish thumbs up too.
