I’ve been waiting patiently..
Mikki… tell the truth ( hubbies voice inserted)
I haven’t really been waiting patiently, but I’ve been waiting for the time to come where we could move the Sago Palm that was planted in our front flower bed.
I’m not sure WHY someone planted it there..
I mean have you seen these things when they get big..
Not something you want RIGHT in front of your house..
But, I’m babbling.. and this story is about my MOST AWESOME HUBBY..
Thank you dear… (hubbies voice)
Your welcome babe.. (me)
The other day I NICELY asked ( really.. I did.. VERY NICELY)
She did..and she even batted her eyelashes (hubbies voice)
the hubster if we could PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEASE move the Sago Palm today.
and with what I would call, frustration mixed with love for his wife… my hubby agreed.
They are not the easiest things to move.
We actually had two to move. The one up front and one in the back.
We planted them close together in another part of the yard, and to be honest.. I think they are much happier there. LOL.
We had to tie a sheet around the ‘leaves’ to keep from being poked to death.
Here’s the hubster posing by the newly moved Sago palm..
I think he liked that I was going to give him some ‘PR’ for a job well done..
That’s ok.. he deserves it.
Hey babe, don’t forget to tell them you helped.. (hubbies voice)
Oh yea, I did help.. a little.. I drove the tractor, tied the sheet around the leaves, and took the pictures.. that counts… right??
