These Homemade Shower Melts are easy to make and perfect for a nice, relaxing shower.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine baking soda and Epsom salt in a medium bowl. Mix together.
  2. Slowly add water, and using clean hands, mix until you have a good ‘snowball’ type consistency.
  3. Add essential oils slowly until you achieve a nice, strong scent.
  4. Place in silicon molds* or use cookie cutters on top of parchment paper for a fun design.
  5. Allow to dry overnight or until hard.
  6. Store in an air-tight container

Notes

* I wasn’t happy with the silicone molds I purchased (they are better as water/ice molds), but there a lot of different, fun molds out there you can purchase.  Or just use a fun cookie cutter.

You can also cut the mixture in half before you add the essential oils and make two or more different types of shower melts.
