Remember when you were a kid and the guy in the big brown truck would pull up in your driveway and you , or at least I did, always thought it will be so cool when you’re a grown up because you’ll be able to get fun packages sent to you too?
Well, now that I am WAY past being a grown up, I can honestly say I still think it’s pretty cool to get fun packages delivered to me. Like last Friday when I received this very cool package of goodies from the Somersault company.
Somersault Snack Bites Unboxing
I was still reeling from eating a bit too much on Thanksgiving, so I thought I would put together a little video of my ‘unboxing’ of all these goodies.
Enjoy the video
Sunflower seeds, the #1 ingredient in Somersaults, are a nutritionally dense food, packed with protein, fiber, vitamin E, and healthy fats.
One serving of sunflower seeds (one half-ounce) has:
- Are packed with heart healthy “good fats”
- Delivers 3 grams of plant-based protein
- Provides a good source of vitamin E
It’s been a few days since I made this video and my family and I have really been enjoying these snacks.
I’m not a huge fan of the Salt & Pepper ones, but my husband thinks they are great. He ate them alongside a vegetable soup I made the other night and said they were a great addition to the meal.
My favorites are the Dutch Cocoa and the Cinnamon. Yes.. I have a really big sweet tooth. At first I thought they were a little dry, but they really aren’t. The Dutch Cocoa goes great with coffee and the Cinnamon works great alongside Rooibos tea.
Look for the Somersault Snack Bites at your local stores.
