It has been a little while since I’ve had the chance to review a cookbook and I have honestly missed it.
Something about holding a book in your hands, flipping through the pages, and being inspired to try new recipes does good for my soul.
Super Foods Every Day is a simple, but lovely book that takes some of the most nutritious and healthy ingredients and mixes them together to make some Super recipes.
I loved how straight forward this little book was. Packed with TONS of great information about what foods are packed with Super nutrition, Sue Quinn does a great job informing the reader and cook what Super Foods are and how to cook with them.
Sue has it all covered in this book. From Breakfast to Main Dishes to Sweet Things, just about any kind of foodie can find something they are going to want to make in this cookbook.
If you are looking for a simple, easy book to add some more Super Foods to your diet, this is a really great book. It would also make a great gift for someone that is looking for a healthier way of cooking.
