Every Monday finds me tackling this job here..
Every Monday I sit and do bills, banking, menu making, grocery shopping lists, and tons more. It takes me more than half the day to get it all done and when I do… I’m SOOO glad it’s over.
But lately I’ve been having to make one of these..
a TO DO LIST!!!
and to be TOTALLY honest..
It makes me feel OLD.
You see, lately I get so distracted once I get on the computer, I forget the REAL reason why I got on in the first place. UGH!
I first check my email and that’s usually where it ALL GOES HAYWIRE.
I read an email that leads me to do something that wasn’t the REAL reason I got on, but I check it out and then from there on.. it’s all down hill.
Now I make a list.
As I go about my day – away from the computer – and I think of something I need to check or do on the computer, I add it to my list. That way I don’t get distracted.
Well.. I still might get distracted ( like now.. I think I actually got on here to order printer ink..LOL)
How about you?
When you push that POWER ON button, do you have things you KNOW you have to do online and than you get distracted?
Do you close up the computer.. walk away.. and than realize.. OH MAN.. I forgot to do _________?
It’s like going to Wal-Mart for milk –
buying the great deal on mascara you saw on the end isle and the cotton balls your remembered you needed and than that yummy smelling lotion you passed by and than getting home and realizing .. I HAVE NO MILK!!!!!!
Off to order printer ink I go…
