Last night I was in the mood for some ‘take out’ food but REALLY didn’t want to actually EAT ‘take out’ type food, so I made something FANTASCIALLY better and yummier for dinner.
It was also a perfect meal to kick of my participation in the 28 Live Better Challenge
I took The Happy Herbivore’s “Tuna Salad” recipe.. added some gluten free bread crumbs and made some vegan Tuna Burgers.
THEY WERE YUMMY!
No real recipe to make these things (beyond the Happy Herbivore’s version). Just add enough bread crumbs to make a good binding agent.
Add a little bit of oil to a pan and cook burgers on each side to golden brown.
Add some Cascadian Farm organic French fries and some gluten free hamburger rolls and your all set.
