What did my hubby want to do for Father’s Day?
On the way to the movies, my girls were reminiscing about the times they got to see Toy Story and Toy Story 2 in theaters. They even pointed out that all the little kids in the movie theater that were there to see Toy Story 3 never had that chance. My oldest even said that they all probably had their Toy Story movies on DVD while we had the original on VHS.
So we came to the conclusion that we were ORIGINAL Toy Story fans.
Toy Story 3 did NOT disappoint.
We all loved the story line and each had our own favorite moments.
To be honest, I was NOT thrilled about seeing in in 3-D though. Call me old, but I’ve never really liked 3-D. The glasses always got on my nerves and I would usually get a headache by the end, but NOT this time.
Little did I know that 3-D has come a LONG way. Nothing came flying out into my face, but the details to the movie were amazing. I loved watching Jessie’s yarn of hair slowly move back and forth while she talked to Woody and the farm animals up on the shelf move around. It was just beautiful!!
I know it just came out on Friday, but if you haven’t seen it yet, grab that inner child and go see it!
Here’s a funny clip. It’s not FROM Toy Story 3, but it’s still hilarious!!
